I’ll be honest, I came in expecting the usual dealership experience. I had already walked out of two places that felt pushy and unclear on pricing. Here it was different. Nik actually listened and didn’t rush anything. We ended up on a 2018 Lexus RX350 that fit what I needed. Financing with Nikolay was straightforward, no surprises at the end. Overall just felt like a normal, honest transaction which is rare these days.

My daughter and I drove 2 hours from Louisville to buy a 2017 Ford Edge SEL. I paid a good price for the car with low mileage. My salesman Mustafa was exceptional. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. The store manager Nick was great 👍 as well. This is a reputable used car dealer. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a nice used vehicle.
